Project deposits
Deposits may become non-refundable after work begins because discovery, planning and reserved delivery capacity have already been provided.
Subscription payments
A cancellation normally prevents the next renewal rather than refunding the current paid period. Any exception follows the signed service agreement.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Verified duplicate or incorrect charges are investigated promptly and returned through the original payment method where required by the payment provider.
