Services are supplied according to an accepted proposal, statement of work or subscription plan. Scope, deliverables, dependencies and timelines are confirmed in writing.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for accurate information, timely approvals, lawful content and access to any third-party accounts required for delivery.
Payments
Fees, currencies, due dates and taxes are shown on each proposal and invoice before payment.
Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing are defined in the applicable proposal. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.
